Shipping

Booney furniture offers made-to-order pieces, with a production time of at least 8-10 weeks minimum. Please reach out to us for specific lead times and shipping options. Our delivery process is handled by our esteemed white glove service partners, guaranteeing a premium delivery experience. This service includes delivery inside your space and disposal of all packaging materials. Please note that items delivered through our white glove service may require an additional 3-10 days for handling before they are dispatched for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

MADE-TO-ORDER COLLECTIONOur collection showcases pre-designed, made-to-order pieces that come to life when your order is placed—each crafted with care to ensure you receive a freshly produced item. Please note that these pieces adhere to our set designs and are not subject to customization.Once an order is confirmed, it is final, and cancellations, changes, or refunds are not possible. To commence the crafting of your selected piece, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order, with the remaining 50% to be paid just before we arrange the delivery, or at the time the item is delivered.In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will take all necessary actions to correct the issue, including the repair of the item at our cost. However, it is important to note that due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
